Just as a general rule of thumb, anytime that one party controls congress and the executive, those are going to be the worst congresses, and I agree with Louder saying over time it just gets worse and worse, so the answer is likely this congress.

eh, there is plenty of content for people to twist with me already.

I wish we had a congress, or any politician, willing to take an actual beating, and actually hold to their stances. these days they just call you traitor or fascist if you disagree with them on what color the new seats should be.

I was going to say that one was probably the last decent one we had that forced the balanced budget. Giving Newt and Clinton their dues, they wheeled and dealed like the House and POTUS should.
