WORLEY: They did a great job of disguising everything the ran. The made it hard on us.

I think he has said this after most every game this year. Makes me wonder if he has trouble recognizing coverage schemes or he's not getting the coaching he needs from Coach Jake to do so.

Let's give Dobbs a shot.

No redshirt is worth more than a few wins.

Butch needs to walk the walk. Hugh Freeze had a lot less talent and did a lot more with it in his 2nd year.

I know he has troubling recognizing a DE coming from behind.

He does say this all the time. It sucks, but what can you do? He looks great everytime we play some no name school.

I agree burn the redshirt - there are other QBs coming in next season -- does one really think they will be content sitting for 3 years

If Dobbs was the answer he would be playing. Dobbs is not the answer. Just hope Dormady, Jennings and Austin live up to their hype.

Well from what I've seen I don't even know why we have them coming in. They aren't mobile an they play out of a pretty traditional pro style in high school. But we are supposed to wait for CBJ to get "his" guys.

So everyone bashed Dools for burning Worley but a season that could be lost is wotth burning Dobbs? I've been a big Worlwy supported. but if he plays bad next week put in Peterman and ride him til the end. Honestly it doesny matter if he is a TO machine ig Worley continues to be one.

Jennings isn't mobile? Have you ever seen him play or watched his highlights? :crazy:

Dobbs can run - and with this bad Oline, the QB has to be able to do that - Worley and Peterman cant.

Nothing in the SEC is easy, and every game is hard. Worley is a senior who has no shot at the NFL. He plays like he's tired of being pancaked and is afraid of a serious injury. He needs a confidence boost like Kiffin gave Crompton or he won't make it through the season-- and there go any bowl hopes left.

Dormady, Jennings and Kendall all have mobility. Butch recruited Peterman to cincy. A running QB isnt what they recruit. They need QB's that are throw first, make good decisions, can read defenses and occasionally keep it on the read option. If they truely needed a run first QB they would have recruited those type guys.

Shows you what you know. Hugh Freeze came into a full roster, even though they weren't 5* recruits, he had full senior classes and plenty of depth. He recruited some very good talent to enhance this team. Jones has come into a team that didn't recruit well especially the OL, and has to rebuild from the bottom. In two years, UT will be in the top 10 and you will be singing JOnes praise, but don't please. Be with him in the bad times as well as good. Jones is the best coach we have had in many years.

Then I really hate this offense. I see no point in being in a shot gun formation and holding the ball so long by the time the running back is ready to run the defense already pinned their ears back. Doesn't allow for hard running either. Hurd is used to takin the hand off while already gaining speed.
