Don't forget The Incredible 2-Headed Transplant, with Bruce Dern and Casey Kasem, although neither was one of the heads in question. It came out a year earlier than The Thing With Two Heads, although since that one had Rosie I have to concede the win to you, because... well, football.

You can't envision a nightmare scenario involving a country with a bad human rights record harvesting the organs of executed people?
