I'm on the West coast with Direct TV and have the same question. I'd assume if it's not on Game Plan I'm S.O.L. Not to mention it's like 9:30 in the morning. Looks like I'm starting off with a Bloody Mary for breakfast.

The SEC Network games will be on ESPN Gameplan, but blacked out in areas that have a local station carrying the game.

I have Dish Network in Atlanta and WPCH is channel 17 (The old TBS station channel) and yes it is in HD here. It's the channel they broadcast the Braves games when they aren't on Fox Sports or Sports South.

wow...a 11:20a (central) kick-off...that's about as early as bowl games...
Yeah. I imagine the local business owners in K-town are not very thrilled. I like it though because I'll get to watch the entire Vols' game before heading to the 2009 inaugural tailgate party at the Little House on West End.

WRONG---ppv game is Ohio at 7:00. Guess you missed last week's thread covering this in depth. :)

The Ohio game is at 7, but has not been announced for PPV as of yet. It is still quite possible that the Ohio game will land on ESPNU, FSN or CSS, depending on the results of the first couple of weeks. The game would begin at 7 for any of those TV possibilities, so UT was allowed to release a time, but no TV info.

Same problem here! Bakersfield only has a couple places to go watch games and I doubt TN will be on, guess I am willing to bribe the bar man if its covered out here..anyone know?
