Absolutely love Witten and do not doubt he would offer this but honestly he is not the right choice.

But it does give me hope in seeing TN’s beloved sons answering the Bat Signal.

I'd consider someone like Witten, only if the overall approach to coaching a college team was different. Very different.

Can't stand the current approach. Makes no business sense, rarely seems to work, and the failed coach walks out with a $12M buy out? Where else do you get to learn on the job, be in over your head, make bad decisions and walk away with $12M? Change the paradigm, take a dirrerent approach.

This would be the stupidest thing ever. Make him a Tight Ends coach at most, maybe.

Many decent names are still available. Some of them can't even afford to say no.

Kiffin, Strong, Miles, Brown
