Butch (nor DeBord) ain't Sean Payton. Kamara was used "somewhat" like Payton uses him. Not the feature back, but used as a receiver and RB--a hybrid. Underutilized? Maybe. But, Hurd was the pound and ground guy and Kamara and Hurd complemented each other very well. The offense worked great under DeBord, as evidenced by any statistical measure. Those who complain about that offense are just ignorant and chronic complainers. If the shoe fits, wear it.

Kamara was greatly underutilized there is no maybe to it. Kamara was the perfect fit for Jones spread scheme. Actually Kamara can run in between the tackles very well too. It was no contest, Kamara was significantly better than Hurd, he didn't get near the carries he should have gotten. Jones didn't know jack squat about a QB or RB.
