...need to take action on Dooley sooner rather than later? I mean, do we want to potentially be the 4th SEC team to be looking for a new HC? I'm sure things happen behind the scenes, but UK is publicly first in line.

I think Arkansas would be 1st. UK would be 2nd. Everyone knows John L was not keeping that job beyond this season. Arkansas even gave a date of 1st week in Dec. that they expect to have a new coach named.

If Kentucky being 'first in line' causes us to miss out on the guy we're trying to hire, it's already too late.

Yes, I agree strongly. What are we waiting for?

All I can think of........hart is doing a CYA move. Hart is going to let Dools lose to Mizzo and / or Candy. And that will be enough rope for Dools to hang himself

no it's UK. They're not going to be very much of a factor in this (in part because they don't care enough about football to spend excess amounts of money)

From everything that I've heard their two targets are Cut and Dykes.

I also readily admit I've heard Bobby Petrino come up more in Knox than I have in Lex.

unless the AD is high on something and thinks he's signing a check for the basketball team, most UK fans would tell us no, they won't

UK and Arkansas jobs will be available. C. Strong will probably get the Ark job. UK will have to go with an up & coming assistant type or an old retread, unless they want to deal with Petrino, who would take the job.

I just can't see Cut moving to another basketball school. Unless he just wants to be in the sec.

I honestly think uk would give Fulmer a call before Cut.
