J.J. Peterson could be a force with Kirkland, Alontea Taylor, and Warrior back there. Kirkland has to get healthy, and I think he will be great this year.

Name some guys that can get to the quarterback on blitz packages, that we are going to have speed wise. You know that Pruitt and Sherrer is going to blitz.

I think we have some guys that can cover wide receivers pretty good. Do we not? You know that Pruitt is going to lock down those receivers the best he can.

Bituli, Taylor, Shamburger, not sure if you blitz Warrior from the safety spot or not, but anything is possible...

No one else coming in.

Chryst will bring in some competition. But if JG keeps improving...then its his.

Madre is a nice pick up.

I hope we can stuff the run and take out the QB with our DL and not have to risk a blitz that uncovers a wide open receiver. If you are blitzing, you are getting beat by their offense.

When you look at the recruits like that you have to be impressed w the trenches in yr 0. That's where to start building IMO.

I like this class of recruits. Unlike recent classes that walked, I think they will stay and play.

Pretty sure Pruitt is lining up a Grad transfer Offensive lineman, there is a juco transfer corner coming in and it looks like a possible Graduate transfer corner from Texas A&M and I wouldn't be surprised if there are more.

You missed Kurott Garland who is coming in as a freshman at Defensive End. As well as the following:

Kenneth George Jr. (JUCO) - CB [Committed]

Brandon Davis - CB (Also playing Baseball) could have been drafted in the pros this year for Baseball. [Committed]

Possible Graduate Transfers:

Nick Harvey (Graduate Transfer from Texas A&M) - CB [This is a possible transfer not a commit]

Ryan Tice (Grad Transfer w/ 2yr elgibility) - Place Kicker [This is a possible transfer not a commit]

I do not have any insight on that. However, I believe he attended the Orange & White game and if he saw the same game that we saw.... I am sure he figures he can compete to start if he comes to us. So... I'll just go with a Longshot that he will end up with us... Pending the coaches bringing in other Grad Transfers that I am not aware of.

I read he's also looking at Uscjr and AZ. Probably have a better chance at SEC title game with Barn, at least this year.., anyways. But if he setting home watching the draft, then he's gotta think playing time will be deciding factor... which is probably better with TN.

Ryan Tice is for sure coming, but he's going to be a walk-on grad transfer, which is cool and rare.
