It's close to I-40 and and not far from west Knoxville. Not bad at all. Wonder if they got all that shiz cleaned up from that spill over there?

They did gave some money away for damages though.

Friend of mines dad had a lawsuit against TVA. Wonder if he got some $$$? I'll find out when I get there.

They paid out big time even for some ****ty houses in the swan pond area. Don't know if your familiar with the area behind the plants. Class action lawsuits are prolly still pending somewhere. But its pretty now they got a new development down the river Ladd landing or some bullsh!t. Nice riverfront houses . I try to stay out of there anyway.

From what 3* said, TVA paid out a bunch to the folks around the steam plant down in Kingston.


On a side note, my dad has a contract with them for all their occupational health for the clean-up of that mess.
