Wisconsin aids in Tennessee victory

BTW the article wasn't bad. He was blasting UW's staff as bad as anything. He was right, they got momentum and didn't handle it.

If we'd been playing a competent team or coaching staff, we'd have lost.

Tennessee tried to lose, but Wisconsin succeeded. In the off-season to come, both of these programs will want to go Out Back to the practice field and correct a boatload of issues.

Maybe the worst and corniest pun ever.

He had some great points about the game itself, but his theme that "Wisconsin gave the game away" is comical.

Must be related. He made several good points, however his presentation of the facts were grossly distorted and a full play on words. He should not call himself a sports reporter except for a tabloid magazine circus writer. When you have to run somebody down to get your point across then you have no point worth printing.

Don't let the fact that he's a tool distract you from the point that he is mainly correct.

too many what if's in his article, we could say that about every game we lost too, well if only this would have happened or we would have done this when they did that. This guy is a complete idiot. Sorry to bust your big 10 bubble but every football game has a winner and a loser. Did UW make mistakes? yes. Did UT make mistakes? yes. We just happened to make less and outscored you on this day.

Yeah, I must be. I can look past some corny nerd's poor writing and see that he has the right idea, just doesn't communicate it well. Wanna marry my sister? Maybe you can see the facts then.

I'm just amazed that someone cared enough about this game to write a whole article on it.

That article is about jealousy of the SEC as much as anything. It's the most common excuse for losing. "We gave it away."

Definately hit the nail on the head...the VOLS didn't win this game, the Badgers gave it away.

The SEC is a paper tiger.

Say fans of the team that has never beaten any SEC team in a bowl game.

I am sure it is a prerequisite to actually have led in the game at some point for a team to have given it away.

Also, while close, there are no stats that indicate this is the case.

A little uppity today huh guys?

It's not like UT played stunningly in the 2nd half. 0-3 in the last 30 minutes is pretty bad, especially when your team scored 0.

People have their own opinions about the SEC in general and the Vols in particular, just as Vol fans have their opinions about other programs. What's the big deal? And to question that the writer might be 'gay', what's with that?
