3-5. we win the rest and go 6-6 and go to the independence bowl. we win it to go 7-6. same as last year. mark it down !! :eek:k: :eek:k: :dance2:  :clapping: :clapping:

You keep the faith buddy (and pour yourself another one) ... your prediction of us winning the rest is about as realistic as any SEC team playing in the Independence Bowl this year.

Dooley is our coach. If someone is not "a Dooley supporter", just what coach could they be supporting? I'm also curious about why some fans seem hell bent on aligning themselves into camps. We've got a Simms camp, a Bray camp, a Dooley camp, a Fulmer camp, etc. Guess I'm old school, but I'm in the UT camp. I'll pull for the man under contract to coach this team, his staff, and the players they put on the field. Pretty silly huh?

Well I want Dooley to succeed, but don't think he will. I meant supporter as in he will win sec championships and get us in the
Hunt for the nc.

I think most fans are smart enough not to just support every idiot that stands around wearing an orange shirt. I am not saying DD is an idiot, but support is something that has to be earned on the field of play.

There are two factors that will decide the difference between 3-0 for remaining SEC games and 0-3:

Injuries (not just UT).
Tyler Bray's progression.

Agreed, but I have a good feeling about this Bray kid.

Not really, there are no more give me games on this schedule. But at least we have after watching Bray and our offense start to click. If Bray can keep his head on football, and not get sidetracked while at UT; he's going to be something special.

All he has to do is stay away from Blaker, his frat bros, and their girlfriends.

Seems like that would be what they call, "bandwagon" or "fairweather fans."

It's not like we start out every season saying, "let's see, which team will I follow this year?"

It's not our fault that we have had 3 coaches in 3 years and it's not Dooley's fault. But he did have only 2 weeks to recruit last season, had to take a gamble to count on some juco's that just did not come thru. Everybody knew this would be a rebuilding year and some of us thought there was a chance for a little bit better IF we were lucky with injuries, but we have not been. So, you don't want to be a Vol fan during a rebuilding year, eh? We should check back with you only when we are favored by two touchdowns over Bama and Florida? Sometimes in life you are dealt a tough hand, but you still need to play it and not throw your cards down and quit.
