I won't beat up anyone too bad for questioning the S&C hire, but for crying out loud. Its always the same ones and maybe its just me but it always seems like whining instead of honest concern and discussion.

"Great! Now, go get their GM, OL coach, RB coach, WR coach, TE coach, QB coach/OC!"

To me me thats just trolling.

Do we really need to change all those coaches? Did we not just hire a DC? A pretty good one? Isn't that what everyone wanted and many said they would stfu and be happy if Heupel would just show he gave a crap by getting rid of Banks?

Now Im whining. Lol

Nothing is guaranteed. Hiring a S&C coach from the NC team seems like an upgrade. Won't solve all our problems but all of our problems will never be solved.

Hiring a new DC and a new S&C coach were 2 major concerns. If we improve in both of those areas it may allow Heupel to be able to concentrate more on other things that don't necessarily need to have a coach replaced but just needs more of his attention.

Or maybe we find out Heupel sucks and needs to be replaced.

I'm hoping and counting on major improvement and I don't get that same feeling from some of those guys in the ff.

Im done. For now. Meaning I will try to not whine anymore until the next time. This isnt a promise to never say anything again. I will only try not to for a while.

The spin, “Heupel was needed to right the course of the program, but he’s reached the limit of his capabilities” is wearisome lunacy.

I don’t think the strength coach is all that important to the Indiana staff. The fact that the average player on that team was 24 was way more important

You're entitled to your opinion and may be right. It's obviously a positive.

I don't think it was a bad hire. I think we needed a better one and from the chair in my home office this looks like an improvement.

I hope it turns out to be.

I bish enough about being honest that I need to be honest with myself. I don't know if hes reached his limit of his capabilities or not.

I agree its lunacy but mostly because of who its coming from.

One of the 3 stooges can say something in one thread and I call them stoopit.

Mojo can say the same thing in another thread and I may not like it but it makes sense.

I don't think Heupel has reached his limit of capabilities. But if Im being honest, its possible.

The changes he made to the offense for 2025 tell me that he’s got more in him. Besides, he’s still super competitive. He’s not going to be mailing it in for a long while.

I didn't know we were talking about "mailing it in" thought we were talking about him reaching his capabilities. Theres a difference in my book.

But anyway, Ive already said I disagree with it but the fact is I dont know.
