HBPW makes a gooood cole slaw. I used to like some store bought, but now they pretty much all suck. KFC cole slaw is still edible.

I made a cole slaw the other night for my chimken sammich. Mayo, Dijon mustard, red and green cabbage, carrots, shallots, sugar, Worcestershire, poppy seeds just a little garlic.

I make my mother’s recipe for savory slaw. It includes a bit of Durkee’s Famous Sauce.
