Windy's football discussion thread.

Oklahoma has 10 sacks, the last one for this safety.
Auburn has one.

Refs

Edit: I mean I guess dey not been callin BS Holds on Aubies amirite HAHAHAHAHA

I see your new passive aggressive approach to reffing (which I’ve been enjoying) took a break for this crap show lol
hahaha I agree there were some bad ones for sure
but that sideline pass I don't know...I think it was different...I mean that receiver had two feet in bounds (with control) and took two steps while OB, and that ball was secure
the "complete the catch to the ground" thing....I don't know if it applies if there's four steps without ball movement....if it had happened in bounds, it would have been ruled a fumble, so I don't think you can rule it INC

It reminds me of when MJ ruined basketball for me. I, like everyone else, was a bulls fan because of MJ. But it got to a point where he could mug people and if someone looked at him funny for it they called a foul….on the victim.

It just felt cheap. Having said that , I’m glad Freeze lost. Especially making boneheaded decisions to help secure it.

He went OB. He went to the ground and didn’t take 3 steps in bounds. That’s how the rule was written when I looked it up last year.
It was a bad call.

If that three steps inbounds is a thing, then it was indeed a bad call. I haven't rewatched it, but it looked to me like it was two steps.

That’s ok. I think the “through the ground OB is a BS rule anyway. The ground can cause a fumble, then why an incomplete if the guy took 2 steps?

But I digress
