You know what I find most impressive about this game? This game was our first "must win" game of the year. And it is a game which we circled as a great test for where this program and this team really is. We didn't simply fluke into a win; we willed it.
We open by giving up a 75 yard TD on play number 1. Nobody got shook. The team kept their wits and started playing Tennessee ball. We missed a field goal. Got stuffed on a 4th and goal from the 1. Plus we were playing against the refs (again for the 2nd week in a row) in the first half. All these setbacks would have caved this team 4 weeks ago. But this team just kept grinding. Led, of course, by Juan Jennings and Daniel Bituli.

I am back from a Halloween costume party for grownups. One of my biking buddies was keeping me abreast of the Tennessee score. I recorded the game. GBO!
