When Horston drove on the baseline thirty seconds into the second quarter, she was met by UMass' Sydney Taylor stepping in front of her. Horston went down after the collision, grabbing her left knee as she collapsed.

Horston had to be helped off the court and she wasn't putting any weight on her left leg as she made her way to the locker room. She did not return after halftime.
