If @volwindy and I ever hit a winery, we’d clean up! She’d drink all the sweet and fruity, and I’d take care of all the dry.

Try sweet Rieslings from Germany, they are fantastic. Pairs well with mowing the lawn on a hot day in Napa.

I’ve had them, and they’re great. Until you find one that’s just… sweet. But I agree - a good Riesling is a wonderful sipping wine!

Has to do with the residual sugar. Dry has pretty much none, sweet has varying degrees.
