Even though the Angry Weasels upset the Vols while broadcast on CBS, the game was not mentioned in the highlights reported by CBS This Morning.

“Baylor got beat. Men and women. Teams are rated high based on how many top 50 wins they have. You don’t get a high rating by not beating good trams. Ut has to be a physical issue. I think they need a week in between conference and national like women. “

“The lady’s bracket is gone too. Two of the number 2’s have gone down to a number 10. Both played their conference championship last week. On both their number 1 player was down 10+ points from season average. An Iowa girl averaging 27 points over the season didn’t made a bucket in 2nd half. She had shots but they bounced off rim.same thing with a could be no 1 draft pick from Baylor. Crazy.”

Interesting. I wonder if SEC is looking at this, if only because Kentucky and Auburn crapped their beds so gloriously. (They wouldn't care about us.)

That's always been a comment for an early loss in conference championship games, get more time to rest for the big tournament.

Especially with the brackets set at the end of reg season and the Tourneys making little to no difference. Why go play your ass off for 3 or 4 days in a row to get nothing out of it on the National Seeding.
