Hey to my fellow vol fans every game from here on out is a win win situation. Either we win and get bragging rights or we lose and Fulmer gets Fired. Can't lose:)

The flipside of course is that it is never as good as one thinks either and it can always get better. I hoped that the Pearl hiring would've gotten Vol fans past the fear of the unknown.

Not really. Losing to Florida worse and worse every year. Then Bama would beat us if we played today. Can't get any worse.

Trust me . . . I've seen a time when we lost 11 in a row to Alabama. It can get worse.

it's kind of like that common phrase "it's not that bad..."...........but the rub is.......it's still bad.

In all the wisdom and sayings being thrown around there is one element that is not a given in the situation. Fulmer is no longer a known quantity. Don't act like he is.

We simply don't know what we are getting from one week to the next. In fact we don't know what we are getting from one quarter to the next.

In 05 he is talking Rose Bowl and we end up 5-6.

i disagree. i think we're getting exactly what we've gotten each of the last 4 years.

consistently inconsistent.

Here's my thing...I was on the fulmer band wagon until a year or 2 ago. then i realized he's gotta give it up. After the pathetic start to this season i'm starting to get irritated. this is truly sad and pathetic

This is it. The is the hottest that the seat has ever been for Phil. If we pull some wins out of our asses, the sheep will go back to following him unconditionally and we will be stuck with "SEC East Championships" every now and then instead of bigger and MUCH better things. Im pulling for Auburn tomorrow as hard as I possibly can. For the good of our program, I have to.

Inconsistency in a season implies a high point to swing away from the lows.

Remind me, when is that part, again?

well lawgator, many Sheep would tell you beating UAB is the high point so far. I have higher standards than that so I wont.

Now, good lord, I want Fulmer gone as much as the next guy, but there's no way in hell I pull for another team against the Vols.
