Win or lose this week, do we force Gameday's hand again?

Looking ahead to next weeks schedule, the three big matchups are :

OSU vs WIS
STAN vs ND
BAMA vs UT

If both Bama and UT win this week, do we force Gameday to come back to Knoxville?

What if one team is undefeated and the other has one loss? Is that enough to get them back?

Discuss.

Gameday will be in Knoxville regardless if we win or lose imo.

If Tennessee loses this Saturday there's a zero percent chance Gameday will be in Knoxville for Bama. They'll be in Madison for sure.

No chance ND vs Stan as ND is trash and Stan blew it last week.

Unless Wis, who looked strong against MI, or OSU tanks it this weekend, it'll take an undefeated(s) Bama at UT to overtake the B10 matchup in Gameday's eyes.

Wisconsin has a bye so we'll have to pull for OSU to mess up.

You left off Miami-UNC (if both win).

Wisky has an off week and OSU plays Indiana. So that'll be a top ten matchup for sure.

If we lose, they could also decide to go to some small school like they have been doing once a year.

When we win, I would say they will be back on the hill!

I think it's 100% that they'll be in Knoxville if we beat A&M. Even if we lose, I think the implications of the conference and playoff make the UT Bama game a much more attractive game to be at.

We need all the fans giving the team good mojo for A&M. We have to win!

The third Saturday in October hasn't seen a undefeated Tennessee vs a undefeated Bama since the year 1989!!

So will gameday be in knoxville if we win against A&M? You can bet your azz they will be here.

There is a 0% chance they come to Knoxville if we lose. They are already taking a lot of heat on twitter for coming to a 3rd UT game. Fans are furious and I LOVE it. If TN loses they will go North for a Top 10 B10 matchup to reduce some heat.

If TN wins, it will be interesting. I still think they go North to the OSU game regardless. When is the last time a team got Gameday 4 times in a season let alone 4 times in 7 weeks?

Technically this week should not count against us. This is a TAMU game. They are rated higher and it's their home field.

It's still viewed as being a Tennessee game as Tennessee is playing in it. It's not just TAMU vs TAMU lol.

I'm not saying I wouldn't like to see a Bama/TN Gameday matchup, I'm just saying it's more realistic that Gameday tries to take some pressure off themselves and goes to the B10.

People are shouting SEC Bias/TN Bias all over the internet about Gameday. I doubt they want to continue to hear it another week.

If we both win I don't see how they don't come back to Knoxville. It one of us lose then I'd say 60/40 they go elsewhere. Two undefeated, probably top 5-6 teams if both win? Don't see them passing that up.

Florida has been on 4 times back in 97
Ohio State was on 4 times in 2006

I thought gameday had a rule about going to the same locations multiple times. At the beginning of the season, we knew BoB and I thought we would get FL and possibly TAMU since it is away from TN. I really don't think they go to the same location multiple times. I thought a few years ago they went somewhere other than the iron bowl because they had already been to AL. I could be totally wrong (although online I don't think I'm supposed to admit that) but I think they only go a single location once a year.

So....once in a blue moon. I just don't see it happening, win or lose. And that is fine with me. A Top 5 Bama/TN matchup of undefeated teams is going to be hype regardless of whether or not Gameday is there.

If both UT and Bama are undefeated going in to next week it will be #1 vs. #6 in the nation at the #6 home field . That would be a very hard game for them to pass up.
