WIN or LOSE(Fire Him)

No not really. You let him build the depth back. He is recruiting top ten classes and if we fire him after next year we will have full stable. I still think as long as he is recruiting good you don't fire him till he gets his own Sr's on the field. Fire him now and there goes this recruiting class and we suffer again. You all think with zero common since.

I suppose you have more common since. Have some sense and shoot yourself in the effin' face. We just lost to Kentucky. I could have coached our kids to a win today. My God I wanted to believe....but this has reached epic pathetic status. ZERO improvement all year in any facet of the game. Our O Line still can't run block, our D Line gets shoved back 3 yards every play by Kentucky...our special teams should ride their own bus with 3 rows.

Thats a good excuse. But what is he gonna do with that talent? Coach em up. From what I have been seeing its not gonna happen. When he was hired I thought who tha f*** is that. Then I realized the last name. Really think thats why he was hired. He never really did anything other than be a yes man to Saban and Hamilton thought he would be good because he had coached under Saban. WRONG!!!!

I will donate $10K to a fund for his buyout. If everyone would divert their annual giving to a buyout fund, maybe we could get rid of this lightweight and try to find someone with the skill set to coach in the SEC. No matter what, we're looking at a few more sucky years. Recruits would much rather play for a winner, and they're smart enough to see that Dooley is a short-termer. No way he has more than another year here now-- and if he gets that, it will only be because of his hefty buyout.

I do not post much on here and I like Dooley and thought he should be given a chance again next year but not anymore. I can handle other loses against team with the same talent or more talent than we have. Kentucky has nowhere near the talent and still beat us. The team does not have a sense of urgency. We are sloppy and do not work together. That is all on the coaching staff. I am also ok with throwing in a wrinkle or two with the wildcat formation but running it in the redzone down 3 is plain stupid. I think the entire staff should go besides Wilcox. The defensive has played way above what we expected and I applaud them but that is it. Also Palardy and Darr need to go. We must have the worst kicker/punter combo in the SEC and maybe division 1. We play with no passion! It is very disheartening as a vols fan.

My opinion officially changed today. ZERO adjustments, got out coached EVERY game both years. AVERAGE coaches win games they shouldn't, Dooley cant even do that.

My only real concern now is who could we get that would take the job and keep our recruits. I wouldn't be surprised if we start losing some of our top notch recruits. I Love The Orange, but even I would have to take a look if I were being recruited by them. Why go there if the coaches are just smart but can't get it done on the field.

We are not "going" anywhere but home. Great coaching job Dooley. Now we get to look forward to watching all the bowls we will not be playing in.....

I have supported Dooley all year but am really having trouble after this game. THe wildcat package fumble may be the dagger in Dooley's heart, much like the fake punt against GA was for Bill Battle in 1974. I don't know how we can fire Dooley and not go backwards another 3-5 years, however, after today, I'm not sure he can get it done. Every player on this team should be embarrassed and ashamed as they came out flat and played horrible. Bray sucked and we might as well have played Simms. Worst day in my life as a UT fan since we lost at home to North Texas State.

Go backwards? We're at rock bottom! It would be better to move on now because it can't get any worse.

I honestly think they should retain the defensive staff. Wilcox, thompson, and sirmon have all been pretty good imo. I expect we just make a change at oc and oline coach though if anything.

Did anyone see our LBs turn and run away from the QB to chase a pass and the QB RUN by them? Kentuckys QB was a WR and had run the ball more than he passed. What the hell is our defensive staff telling these guys?If you think the defense is pretty good in your IMO then youre delusional. Dooley is a dumb butt and IF he stays a cleaning house of his staff needs to happen.

Yeah I agree. We're already losing and not going to bowl game and shot the Kentucky streak to hell.Get a guy in here that can get it done.Dooley was never a coordinator and was only a head coach for 3 years and had a losing record at a WAC school. Dooley is in over his head!!!

I saw it and I still don't understand what he was thinking.

Wildcat fumble at the 4 yard line!!!!!! Why??? Why do you take the ball out of Bray's hands??? Devrin Young has even gone backwards and gotten worse. He didnt field that ball and let it hit the ground in the 2nd half and cost us 25 yards in field position!

Youre thinking with zero common sense. What kind of class do you think you'll have after losing to Kentucky for the first time since Reagan was president??? How do you paint a bright picture of a future with Dooley? At first he was losing to the heavy hitters of this conference now he's losing to the bottom feeders too.

The best way most of us can protest what is going on right now is to stop going to the games. Don't let yourself forget how you feel right now. When next season starts remember this feeling and stop going to the games, if Hart looks up in the stands and sees 30K empty seats then he will make a change.

You are an idiot they have NOT ran the ball down our throat. We have turned the ball over and that is exactly why we are losing.

Over 200 yards isn't running it down our throats even when we know they can't throw it???? They ran it down our throats
