I don't know if its the system or still being upset over having to pay that would keep other students from coming. I know I'm paying, getting great seats and not complaining one bit.

If you ask me, the students are more excited about this year that any other group. From my vantage point, the student section last Saturday was more full than it was at any point last year. I had less room than I did at the Florida game last year.

Like others have said the remaining tickets, at least for UCLA, are probably a combination of returned visiting team tickets and student tickets.

With all that being said, I definitely think we'll reach capacity at some point this season, possibly as early as Saturday.

Did you research that before you started running your mouth? As was mentioned in a thread a few days ago, people who had bought and paid for tickets to the Ole Miss game got an email saying they weren't getting the tickets and their money would be refunded because they sold those tickets to season ticket buyers. It's crazy to understand how a hapless, pathetic NFL team like the Lions are always sold out and a usually hapless team like the Rebels who rarely sell out all of their seats now say "screw you" to new ticket buyers based off of obvious perception of how the team might do. Go figure.... :crazy:

no ill tell you what it is. people dont want to pay 200 dollars for good seats. even bad ones are 40 bucks a peice. with the age of HD TV and the economy the way it is it just isint worth going broke to try to go to a couple of games a year. its sad but i the NFL is even having trouble selling tickets. so take a hint tennessee. you are shrinking our stadium to build your tennessee terrace so the rich elite can sip wine while they watch the tennessee game. hopefully sports teams get the hint...the working class people have been run over to much for too long! KEEP NEYLAND 107,000!!!

I would hope Florida has sold out. That would be really embarrassing for them not to regardless of the economic situation.

We have quite a number of season tickets unsold being the WKU game.

These season tickets have probably been converted to individual game tickets.

I don't think these came from the visitors...they are our own season tickets.


Wouldn't you agree?

On second thought, you are right.

The unsold visitors tickets would be in GG through QQ, and in the areas to the southeast of section A.

The economy is one thing, but if its a "message" by some who are still mad about Fulmer, then I wish the university would just ban them from the stadium when they get over themselves. But then, it will be nice to get rid of all the old boring Fulmer fans who just want to sit during the whole game.

Most oldtimers I know were glad to see the coaching change. The economy in Kville is bad; tic prices went up. There will have to be a few good wins and some town talk... it'll all be good
