With what we saw last year at the Tennessee Alabama game and the obvious bias of the officiating towards Alabama will we see the same today against Georgia? Just seems Tennessee always has a hill to climb in games like this not only against a ranked team but also against the striped shirts.

Nobody is crying. Just an observation on what we have seen in the past. The crying usually comes from the Bulldogs side when they lose. I know 1980 was a long time ago and I’d say you weren’t even born then So you don’t know what a national championship feels like. Most likely never will. Curious why Slodawg is in this forum. Why not hang out at the puppy dog site?😂😂

It's on the road in the SEC. Just is what it is. But I know 2 SEC officials and it's funny that anybody thinks they're out to get anybody.

As in every SEC Game, these are sure to be a few calls that are real head scratchers. Let’s just hope and pray at least a couple of those go our way this time.

UGA, Florida and Alabama seem to have a "Preferred Status" when it comes to officiating. You might expect LSU to be in that club, too, but I haven't seen as much evidence of it with them. But I think the league powers-that-be feel like they have more profit potential marketing certain programs. I think it shows up in the officiating. Throw in the home field emotional advantage and we'll probably have a few go against us. Par for the course.

I don’t think anybody “is out to get anybody” but I absolutely believe there is a subconscious bias. You can’t convince me the officiating last year at Bama was fairly called in any way, shape, or form.

This is a great question, if it's close I believe we get shanked! If we run away with it then I believe we get Shanked!

😜

I was talking to my brother yesterday and said if UT somehow has this game in hand today look for a questionable targeting call against a key defender for UGA knocking him out of the 1st half vs. Bama. Same for UT next week vs. UK. These SEC folks are sneaky!

Just stop with bias, cheating refs and bias SEC. You sound like a Clemson fan.
