No different than UF saying they'll go undefeated and win their 3rd NC with Tebow. Kiffin took a shot @ UF. UF took a shot @ the SEC. The pressure is on UF. I gues you would have preferred Kiffin say, UT would lose in the swamp.

I wonder why nothing was said when Jim Tressel stated that he will beat Michigan in 310 days or something to that extent. :confused:

You will never see a fan base fill more cups with piss than Florida fans will in the swamp this year.
You will never see a more jort-wearing fan base than the Florida fans this year.
You will never speak badly of Coach/God Urban again after this year.

I still can't believe some people are upset or can't believe that he is our head coach. I would have thought that after last weekend they would be gone losing a game on Saturday but on Sunday receiving verbal commitments from two 5-Star rated players and a 4-Star rated player including the #1 player out of Oklahoma and the Sooners and moving to #3 & #4 in the nation for the upcoming recruiting class and some already projecting a possible #1 finish!

Finally something different. All media coverage on the game has been like this:

1) Rehash Kiffin's comments
2) Urban says no big deal
3) Florida players are pissed
4) How many points will Florida score on the Vols
5) If possible, Urban will run it up as much as possible (and save timeouts)

There has been absolutely no analysis of the actual game and hardly any mention of the players (with the exception of quotes by Tebow and Pouncey talking about Kiffin). Even ESPN's "game preview" is the same as above. I know none of the media folks are expecting us to win, so they focus on the more interesting story, but this is ridiculous. If I were a UT player I would definitely feel overlooked/slighted.

That is a great article. I especially like the part about his dedication and having the experience at USC in his back pocket. He's building a business at UT and Monte says we're going to have a great run here. Can't wait for Saturday. Here's to us representing UT well in the swamp and letting them know we're not a push-fulmer....I mean pushover anymore.
