Uh.... maybe because we sell out every conference game. Every year.
Used to be every game was 3-4000 over "capacity." I don't keep track anymore. Just because we've had a few down years is no reason to go ruining our stadium! :rock:
We've already lost enough due to all these skybox renovations. In a year or two, when CDD gets us back on the right foot, we'll be selling out once more.
Have you been to Neyland? Even when we play, say UT Martin or UAB, the stadium is hardly "morgue-like." There are some empty seats up in the nosebleeds, but we will need those come Florida or Bama week!
I'm sorry to hear about your family troubles, and wish you the best. I hope you get the chance to see a game in Neyland sometime, though I don't know when we'll schedule Oregon again, hehe. It really is something.
