Will the Orange and White Game ...

Chop the first 1:30 of Coldplay whimpering off of that -- and replace the cover version with the original John Lee Hooker -- and that would be a really good video.

It's like getting invited over for a cookout, you walk out to the patio and she has a George Forman Grill set up next to the pool. The food ain't bad, the skinny dipping is worth your while, but that ain't grilling.

I don't need a hype video reminding me of our losses.

Agree on the first point. I don't understand the need, in a significant portion of hype videos, to first show 1-2 minutes of the worst moments from the previous year. I get that the creators are attempting to set a tone of overcoming our adversities, but I've already seen the abysmal plays more than I would like.

Agreed. A couple of images flashing by at the beginning would more than adequately set the tone for me. A minute and a-half? Way too much misery to re-live.

im looking forward to it, but for me, its all about that first game (sept 3) and then heading to Bristol for the battle.......but regardless cant wait to see the squad (even if half the team is hurt or not playing)

Be weary of any hot dogs where there is skinny dipping going on.

... satisfy your need for some Football Time in Tennessee? I can hardly wait.

The 2016 Hype Video has me walking around saying Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom! Go Vols!

Unfortunately its not a game. its a glorified practice and even not a really good practice. Good practices are on Haslem field where you can see up close and there is real hitting. This practice won't be close to one of those.

I'll head back to these exhibitions once they decide to make it at least a game type show.

Come on, don't you want to see Butch walk around and scream at people with a megaphone and watch our WRs drop every pass in the passing drills?

I'd rather they scrimmaged somebody rather than the big practice

like say talk UCLA into a home and away scrimmage :)

of course that wouldn't help the let's get thru spring with no injury thing

If you have the time. Watch this video. It's longer, but shows how much incredible talent we have coming back. I know we had some disappointments. But all the losses were close. And even in those games, as this video will remind you. We can play with anyone in the country. Grab a cold one, sit back. And enjoy.....

I'll be surprised if there's more than 65,000. But I'm sure the announced attendance will be way more. They like to pad the stats

Maybe you missed last year when they ran the fade pass drills and the WRs didn't catch a single ball.

Oh no, I did. It's just that your last few posts have been super negative, and that one in particular rubbed me the wrong way.

You seem to have an anti-Butch, anti-Azzani pov, and it comes off as anti-UT grumbling.

I'm debating on whether to take my father or not. I know we have a ton of injuries and people out but will we actually have a scrimmage or is it going to be more of a practice?

It would be extremely more satisfying if it was an actual game again like 1's vs 2's as opposed to the glorified practice it has become. They could make it thud instead of full contact to help with player safety but at the end of the day practice just isn't the real thing.

I'm bringing my two boys to Neyland for the first time tomorrow and was wondering do I need any kind of pass for fan day? Thanks! GBO
