Vols can win if Ga takes us for granted, we play a perfect game ( no turnovers,blown coverages,etc) and we are plus 2 in turnovers. Likely to happen- not really. We will be lucky to win 1 game in October ( we will be 2 td underdogs in Ga, Bama, SC and 4-5 pt dog at Miss State) How in the heck did we get this much out of contention? ANSWER: lANE KIFFIN and Bad decisions by former AD . Smart people said that it could take 10 years to right the ship and I thought ( 4 years ago) that estimate too long. I hope that I am wrong , but my honest opinion is that the game next Sat could be a very humbling experience for Vol players and fans. Rambo and 2 others are back and we out-manned anyway. We have a sprinkling of good players, but no depth and some of our good players are not steady in pressure situations. If the Vols get a couple bad breaks early ( or make big mistakes) this game will become a rout. Dogs 55, Tn 18, hope not but that is really what I think will happen. As long as they dont quit ( like the Hogs have) I can live with it. I dont like it, but I can deal with it as long as they play hard the whole game.
