Everything is funny till the jokes are about you. Loser. His wife openly says she cheats on him and he defends her is his first mistake. Slapping Chris Rock is his 2nd. Chris should have unloaded on him with more jokes.

Hot take! No more jokes allowed at these shows nobody watches or cares about.

You mean an actor that has trained in pulling punches (the Ali movie), walked up on stage threw a slap that I'm pretty sure was gimmicked, walked off stage, sat down, yelled and scream, and no security showed up and they allowed it to air? It's all coincidental I'm sure. Nothing else going on in the world that the media would like for you to be distracted from.

You know, I wonder if it was a work until he sat down and screamed and that was going off script. Because even after the slap Rock was laughing and his reaction got a laugh from the crowd and as you said Smith is smirking. Up until then it seemed like a big joke.

But then Smith screamed twice and that's when the place went quiet and Rock seemed flustered, almost like "Hey, what are you doing? That's not in the script!"

Maybe I missed it, but I never heard any contact. I saw the motion on the slap but I didn't hear the connection. Anyone else hear his hand make the connection to his face?

Sadly, that whole thing was not a bit. Will Smith lost his mind and went full ghetto in front of the world. He did it on the same night he won his first and now probably his only Oscar. If I was Chris Rock I’d press charges and turn it into a lawsuit and get paid.

Idk, if I was going to hit someone over my wife or kids, I wouldn't walk up, especially in front of the world, and slap them. They'd get busted in the mouth, he wasn't ghetto imo, more like desperate housewives. That said, I think he's mentally in a spot with his relationship.

People say Chris Rock should press charges. Ummmm it’s on live tv plain as day. It’s not up to him really is it? Will assaulted him on live TV! If I assaulted someone on live tv or better yet in front of a cop I’d be going to jail even if the victim wanted to press charges or not. You know good and damn well there were cops there. How does he not get arrested?!?

If you are referring to me, I am not. However, I do see the propaganda both sides of the media play. They all push whatever their agenda is. Most people are easily distracted is my bigger point.
Logically, do you think a grown man would stand, hands behind his back, and let another man slap him in the face? I don’t see that being realistic. So, it was either staged by professional actors, or millions of people have witnessed an assault with zero response from security. If someone jumps into a WWE ring, runs onto a football field, basketball court, or baseball field, there is usually a response from security. They just don’t let that person return to their seat.
