This is nothing new, position players have been taking direct snaps for the past few years. I hope he doesnt' ever "play QB" because that would mean we don't have a legitimate QB.

From what I've been reading from the practice reports, I don't think that Kiffin wastes all of that time running him at QB for different plays in practice over the last 5 weeks for nothing.

You WILL see at least 3 plays in the NU GUN! Book it.

I think they should let him run the ball some at the QB position. Then later when WKU expects that from him, he should throw the deep ball. :rock:

He had a nice 50 yard pass in a scrimmage I attended, just waited a bit too long to throw it and the defender was able to make a play. But I say yes, he will get a snap or two to really excite the fans and just for a little extra practice
