Jim Bob is proving himself just because Detroit is not at the bottom of the NFC North for a change? The Bears are still in the conference.

We get it man. Now that the season is over, you negas go from full meltdown mode to running a few replacement campaigns. Did you guys meet at a Waffle House on the interstate somewhere to draw names out of a hat, and you got Jim Bob? That how it works?
Said this before but UNFORTUNATELY all this reminds me of an ugly church split I went through years ago. People begin to take sides regardless of the TRUE facts and believe or say ANYTHING to support their WRONG positions. Began throwing rumors around about who the new pastor will be once we smear this once within an inch of his life( of course in this case it's the head football coach). The grevious part is most of the ones doing it really don't see how obsurd they sound and look. And the REAL ones must trudge forward and try not to get muddy. After all when you wrestle with a pig you both get muddy...,BUT THE PIG DOESN'T MIND!!!!

Because it's her job. Plain and simple. "You're hired, but you don't get to build your own team" does not really work.

I disagree. What if Hart wasn't retiring? She would just have to work with the current administration that is already in place. I'm sure not every time a new chancellor is hired at a school they just clean house and bring in their own administration as soon as they walk in the door.

Lions’ Jim Bob Cooter a star on the rise

Jim Bob has done a great job as the Lion's offensive coordinator and he is one of the fastest rising stars in the coaching industry. He's coached Peyton Manning and Matthew Stafford. I don't think we can go wrong with Helfrich, but Cooter already has strong existing ties with the University.

lol he's not leaving a coordinator position in the NFL to be an OC in college. He's getting a HC job in the NFL anyways.

This all day long. His future is in the NFL - at least for now. Would be stupid for him to change course.

Anyone want to give me the over/under on the number of "far Butch" threads that will be started before opening day?

There are 12-15 hard time trolls who lost daily on this board. I would guess that each of them will start an average of 3 or more post to get rid of CBJ.

Thought you just guaranteed it happening? Chasing those meds with scotch again? :nono:

I once worked with a guy named Harry Pedigo. He was smart, confident, a leader, and a logical individual. There is no way he could be related to TP.
