I'm thinking he is going to receive some major jeers and the like during the vol walk.

But when they announce him at the beginning?

I'm thinking, yes.

Just curious. Where do you live?

Knoxville.

I know its not strange for the fans to boo bad play calling. But, as many games as I've been to, I've never heard him get booed personally.

I want change in coaching, but I won't be doing that.

If Fulmer gets booed then I want whoever boos to go try and coach this team because its obvious they have no clue what it takes to coach in the first place. I have my problems with Fulmer and I want him to retire soon, but that would be just classless unless we lose and its when the game is over. Then and ONLY then would it be warranted.

I'm sure that your judge of character is superb, but in this case you might be off. It is possible I've only recently come across this site. Hmmskie????
Don't sweat it. We all had a few rough patches cranking it up in here. Welcome aboard....

I think things could be really ugly for Fulmer tomorrow. The orange nation isn't very happy. If they don't immediately jump out to a big lead, it could be a long night for ole Phil.

I am sorry you don't think my opinion warrants posting, but whatever.

I, like most vol fans, want to see Fulmer ride off into the sunset as a winner. But over the last few years, I was a student until 2003 so I have attended many a game since then, I have seen a major decline in "class" at the stadium.

The cursing of Bama last year was the low point, imo.

I've never seen our coaching staff get booed for anything other than maybe taking a knee prior to the end of the 1st half. I think that may change starting tomorrow.

Was that not after a late hit on a punt the student body chanted FU BAMA??

It was when a Vol player was down for a long time and the Bama fans were cheering. After the UT student section started chanting F U Bama, the Bama fans stopped. There is a difference of opinion on whether or not the Bammers knew that a guy was hurt.
