Will they extend him if they don't fire him? I see no way you can let a coach go into his final year of his contract. He would have no chance at landing a recruit.

They might- but I don't think that they will for a lot of reasons- Making our bad national rep worse, another buy-out, bad environment for coaches, etc, etc,. Maybe he deserves to be fired ( a college coach who cant figure out a way to get the ball inbounds after a TO? ) but they wont do for the reasons stated. Next year will be terrible and then they will say bye to CM. Sad , but likely. Our suffering is not yet over, unless, BP will come back and save us.

They'd have to extend him. He's got two years left though, not one.
