I know he probably won't be a lottery pick.

Hes undersized and he hasn't been as good this season. But do you think someone will give him a chance?

Unfortunately...no....I see overseas ball in his future if he so chooses. Still, nothing wrong with that.

I really don't think so, right now. If he has a great tournament from here on out, maybe. But right now, doubt it.

No chance. I agree with the earlier poster with his prediction of European basketball being in Lofton's future.

Just cant envision him playing defense or creating his own shot in the league. He would have to play 2 guard in the NBA....don't see that happening...unfortunately.

Lets not forget that the post was whether he would get drafted, not whether or not he would play in the NBA.. He def. won't get an automatic contract (which 1st rounders get) but I wouldn't be surprised if someone gambled on him.. He is similar to Juan Dixon out of Maryland. Great college player but people were concerned about his height, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if Lofton got drafted in the middle of the 2nd round.

I think Shan Foster will get drafted late 1st round. The one knock on his is that he cant create off the dribble.

Idk, Lofton could get drafted (not likely) but he wouldn't stay in the NBA long. He may get into the D-league tho. :dunno:

I love C-LO but he's short, slow, and not a great defensive player. But, the man CAN SHOOT !!!

I don't know if he'll get drafted but I could see him working out for some teams and possibly getting signed to ride the bench or be an injured reserve. I think he could definitely play in Europe though.

I mean if you look around the NBA there is a big difference between the starting 5 and the guys on the bench. I'm looking at some of the NBA benches and I think I can say that in my unbiased opinion I would take Chris Lofton over some of these guys. He works hard, doesn't cause locker room problems, can be a spark off the bench, is pretty clutch, and makes other players around him better. That's just my opinion though.

Juan Dixon is a vastly better overall player than Chris Lofton.

very true, you may have been nice with that statement. After seeing him in person there is no way he could play in the NBA. It's a shame.

Once the NBA teams realize Shan Foster isn't playing any more games in Memorial, he will go undrafted.

Chris is a late second round pick at best, JaJuan is going overseas-- most likely Chris will be joining at some point.
