Oh I bet, but it is soooooo beautiful this time of year and around Christmas..

I was up at Cade's Cove last weekend; most of GSMNP should be UT orange and Bammer crimson by now. There were even icicles in the higher elevations! Best time of year.

God Bless the Third Saturday in October!


(but definitely stay OUT of Gatlinburg. You'll spend the whole weekend in traffic.)

No doubt. You have to hike pretty far nowadays to get away from the Pigeon forge crowd. Gregory's Bald is a nice trail to do so.

Defnitely, on the spur coming from Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg this morning about 11 o clock they were already backed up a 1/2 mile down the spur trying to get into downtown....It was crazy...It's always nice when you're a local and know all the back roads

HAHAHA......They might have.....Every time I hear a Bama fan say "Got 12" I have to look at them and say "Nope, couldn't afford it" LOL

i lived in dandridge so i always worked in sevierville and i hated driving to work sometimes,but for the most part i knew the backways so i would make it

Sevierville is nothing but tourists this time of year.....It's terrible man, you can sit down there for hours at a time and not move, or it seems like hours anyways
