Will a murder charge be filed on the shooting?

IF the "victim" was in fact dealing drugs, I have no sympathy at all for him. He chose that lifestyle. He could have gone in many positive directions given the fact that he was already going to college yet he chose the easy road. One which put him in direct dealings with individuals that do not go by the rules of civilized society. One that allows these drugs to find their way into the hands of our children. IMO its similar to someone that smokes 2 packs of cigarettes a day and is shocked that they have lung cancer. Thats the environment and lifestyle they CHOSE to live in day in and day out.

Some people don't choose s***. The people that deal and slang drugs for a living typically couldn't, or can't make money the way most of us do.

What? Some people can't make money with an actual job. Turns out a felony is a good way to ensure that you don't get a job. Most likely wasn't the case in this incident, but I'm talking in general.

Might I ask what exactly is so stupid about my previous 2 comments? It's a proven fact that a felony makes it tougher to get a job.

Agreed......
I wasnt trying to quote law-
Im flying over MS now and typing is difficult, Im sorry If I didnt get my point across ????
Its real simple, your post was out of line, disrespectful, and almost (new Pres) Un American. And on Memorial Day you say (you want to rush nuclear weapons to terrorists). Sorry Im so slow but part is the lag on civilian I net
I'm assuming you missed the part about my hope for speedy nukes for Bin Laden & Co. being conditioned on right wing idiocy becoming controlling thought in America. It's the same principle that results in me not giving a damn if Afghanistan is blasted back to the 3rd century. I have an averison to backwards idiots, regardless of their nationality.

No, I'm saying if the mindless babbling of the snakehandling portion of the right wing in this country ever becomes the controlling ideology, America will be every bit as deserving of a good blasting as Afghanistan.

Rock I understand where you are coming from, and my comment was not directed at you.
My personal opinion is the the extreme Left is more dangerous to our country's future than the extreme Right. But, we do not need either one to be the controlling Ideology of our country. Ever. And No American should Ever wish nukes in the hands of unstable governments. Ever. Perhaps Hatman is just having a bad hair day.....

Did I miss the draft being reinstituted? If not, they're there by choice. As everyone has been quick to point out in this thread, we live and die with our choices in life.
You're right, they weren't drafted, they're all VOLUNTEERS.
