you guys kill me, with the talent we didn't have on the defensive side of the ball this was expected..now give him another year or 2 and lets see and then give us your judgement

If true time to promote Lance Thompson. Give the job to a great recruiter and someone who would appreciate the opportunity. Ridiculous we have to go through this every year at a place like Tennessee

not exactly the same thing. He's only the DC and it's better than leaving a few weeks before NSD.

Not saying Wilcox is gone or anything because I have no idea but does anybody know who would be some possible replacements could be that maybe DD has connections to and that are top notch recruiters???

NO recruits would leave I don't think he's an ace on the recruiting trail and I can't imagine Texas hiring him as DC surely they'll go for some of the best out there I don't see wilcox being in that class. I thought he did "okay" this year would be a HUGE surprise to me if CJW is hired at Texas. There probably looking for someone to rush more than 3 guys on 3rd & Long and not have 265lbs DE's guard 4.3 RB's out of backfield but you never know. This wouldn't be a big blow to UT if he moves There countless guys out there that could do equal or better the job than he JMO....

Been following for exactly half of your tenure, and yes, there are MANY better D Coord. out there...by far. I would not miss him a bit. Wouldnt be very hard for an upgrade there.
