Wilcox>Monte

How on earth did SC beat Bama? or Ucla beat Texas? Talent should have made these games a no brainer. Hell Florida should be 7-0 based on talent...I'm confused...could it be that talent doesn't always secure victories?
:dance2::dance2:

But lane always bragged last year how great the coaches were and could get the most out of the players. Of course he said this along with pumping up moral victories so maybe I should've taken it with a grain of salt.

Wilcox was up in the booth today and Terry Joseph was down on the field. Don't know why but it seemed to work better like that.

Thats the problem, people hung on what ever came out of Lanes mouth. Football is football, talent is not always the deciding factor.

So its their coaching then because they have the talent. That was my point.

Yeah, Tennessee's performance against the Ducks certainly convinces me that Wilcox deserves all the credit for Boise's wins over them.

Say what you will, but Wilcox shut down one of the most prolific offenses in the modern era of college football. Monte was a chump against them.

Oregons offense is leaps and bounds above what it used to be when Wilcox coached against them at Boise. He had better athletes to work with at Tennessee that he did with BSU..and you saw what happened when they came to Neyland.

Are you serious? You can't be. Boise"s talent on defensevis leaps and bounds greater than ours. And Oregon had an even more explosive qb last year.

Anyone who has a clue about Oregon will tell you Thomas > Masoli. Face it, Oregons offense is much better than last years. Why is it so hard for you to admit that? Hell Thomas can actually throw the ball and doesn't steal computers.

And UT on paper has MORE talent than Boise.

Oregon's offense was nearly as prolific last year as this year. And yes I was at the game in Neyland. I saw a defense with less than half the talent and depth as USC hold Oregon to less points as the old over rated Geriatric.

On paper? Let me guess you go by rival rankings instead of production. On paper and in reality Boise has more talent and depth on defense. And most Oregon fans say masoli is better.

USC depth? Not so much.

And through 7 games last years Oregon offense put up 186 points. This years offense...439. How can you be so oblivious as to say they are nearly as prolific?

Hell this years team has already put up more points than last years team did for the WHOLE year..

Geez kid..

Masoli in that offense this year would be even better. Just because Thomas torched queefin doesn't make him greater.

Masoli sure is dominating the SEC in Oxford. Ole Miss is what, 3-5 now?

You're wrong again. Oregon fans will not tell you that Masoli is better than Thomas. Thomas is a true double threat, always makes the right reads and has already thrown for more TDs than Masoli did last year and you say Masoli would be better in the offense this year? LMAO..give it up kid.

There is no saving you if you believe that UT has more talent and depth than USC this year.

Oregon fans will tell you that another year under chip would've resulted in masoli having a monster year. Heck, he was talked up for Heisman. And those points look a lot better playing San Diego St. And TN compared to Boise St.

Exactly, abandon your argument that last years Oregon offense is just as prolific than this years. You had no clue, but continued to post... LMAO

Throw facts at you and you change the subject. LOL

You FAIL

I'm sure Duck fans are crying in their green tea that Masoli isn't there to lead them this year.
