Why would non-Tennessee fans be on here?

I understand that these forums are open to everyone, but why would a Florida fan or a Bama fan be on Vol Nation? Ive seen members with Memphis avatars, Florida fans with (Gatorbait) in their names. I just cant see myself going to a Florida or Alabama fan board and signing up. Why?:question:

One reason, most of them are non-educated citizens who drain the economy. Instead of finding a job, most sit on our boards and look to E-fight someone. I was unaware that the Internet had even made it to the state of Alabama. Good for you Alabamians, thank you for stepping in to the 21st century. Now if we can find most of you a toothbrush.

If you are fishing for trolls, use a better title like: Buck FAMA or, I HATE gators. Just a helpful hint. Let me know how it works out.

They have explained it quite a few times. Mostly because there is a lot of reasonable discussion on our board. Generally they add to that discussion in a civil manner.

I have come to enjoy the different perspective they bring. We let them know when they get out of hand. Of course, some disagree, but it adds flavor to the board.

Having reasonably intelligent regular posters who support other teams makes this a better board. Who wants to take the time to participate in a board where moderators ban other teams' fans and scrub out all dissenting opinions? That would be like just reading a Web version of Vol Calls.

They join VN because it and it's members are so much more superior to their own local boards. (did I get any points Freak?)

I for one enjoy the sparring with them both here and on their boards. Let them take their best shots, just keep it above cheap shots and unwarranted insults.

I belong to boards for all the other SEC teams. I rarely post on them, but check them almost daily.

It's an easy way to get up to date news, as well as seeing what their fans are thinking.

As long as they're not trolls, I don't care. I think LG, though he has a penchant for controversy, never ignites the fires that get blamed on him. Some people don't know how to handle objective criticism. Nothing he has said that I've seen has been unwarranted or false.

I think they add a good perspective to our program.
