Why we will lose to Mizzou

1. They are an SEC school, and we can't seem to beat an sec school not named Vandy or KY.
2. It's just a bad matchup. Mizzou plays pretty good D. They held UF to 14 points and are in the top half of the sec in total D. Even more, they are 4th in the sec in pass defense - that spells trouble for our only strength on the entire team, our vertical pass offense. Sheldon Richardson is a beast and will pressure Bray into some bad throws - would'nt shock me if Bray has 2 pics in this game. Also, their offense isn't spectacular, but with our D on the field, I look for guys like Franklin and DGB to run like Usain Bolt in the open field. We will get gashed repeatedly and we won't be able to match them point for point.

Final prediction: 34-21 Mizzou

Mind of a loser

Before the Fl game, we had lost 4. Britt hasnt been playing good lately. We are stepping up in that area.

That may be true. My point is just that, you know, depth charts exist for a reason, and it's more likely than not that losing five O-linemen ain't a good thing. Add Franklin's injury to that, and we're looking at a different offense than we saw at the beginning of the year.

Granted, Franklin's still more mobile than most, and mobile QB's give us fits, but I don't think anyone would trade a healthy line and QB for a depleted line and injured QB, no matter how well they're "stepping up." Fair?

Mods, the title of this thread alone deserves to be deleted and the video of the pitifully clad woman doing a nasty dance.. thought you asked people to NOT post scantily clad women.. now this one is doing a dance of sorts- more exploitation of women allowed on this evidently male driven board.. just not right..

if you have an issue please use the Report button. There's no way to see every post

We just seemed to be less fazed by this against Fl. Dont know if it will be a continuing trend is all. Could be, could be not.

I say we win and it's not even close. Their O is just as bad as our D. I think we blow their D off the field.

37-20 UT.

You just lost Justin Britt for the season also, didn't you? Wouldn't that make 5?

There was a report out yesterday saying that the only Olinemen on missouri's roster who had started every game this year was the freshman Boehm

Honestly, their line kind of started out the year as depleted...both guards and the top backup had pretty much season ending injuries, they lost one of the starting tackles in the UGA game (he came back though during season I believe), and Franklin's unmedicated shoulder injury were causing throwing issues

Granted it wasn't the state theyre in now; according to reports they're down to 4 of their original before the season top 10 (starters and backups) Olinemen

Only 2 teams have held us below 21, both have much better D's than Mizzou. We may lose, but we score over 30 IMO

Nothing personal against Missouri (not saying they did or didn't play well) but it might have also somewhat been when they got Florida (the week after not only a big rivalry loss that they felt they choked in, but one that absolutely decimated their chances of playing for a national championship, probably even a conference championship at that).

Taken your negative A$$ home......We should go into every game thinking we are going to win regardless what happen the week before or weeks before. Its not like the NFL where if we come in last place we get the best pick in the draft. Every win helps recruiting and moral, and if we can pull out a bowl win even better. Sack up and root for the VOLS or go home....
