Why Pruitt is excelling in recruiting

I stated this in another thread.
Coach Pruitt is a players coach no doubt! You can tell the players love him because he's a straight shooter. Also good players want to be coached hard, brings the best out of them. I know there were some questions when CPF hired him, I think most of those have been answered. There is fire to win in Coach Pruitt "he's a ole school football coach. I for one am glad he's our coach!

CBJ had no clue how to win in the SEC. CBJ had no idea how to make coaching decisions, on the fly. CBJ had no idea how or who to recruit, to win in the SEC. It caught up with him.
CJP is learning how to be a successful Coach, in the SEC. CJP knows how to build a team to win, in the SEC. He know what it takes to win, in the SEC. CJP and his staff are incredible recruiters, and appear to be able to mold raw talent, into successful SEC Football players.
CJP started by reinforcing and developing depth, in the trenches, and putting together a sound defensive strategy. I believe he will continue to do this. Now, it is time to begin filling the skilled positions, with depth and talent. We've got HB, and a stable of talented RB's and young, talented WR's and TE's.
CJP and his staff aren't trying to build a winning team. They are trying to build a dynasty.

I personally, feel like it comes down to players knowing when a coach is blowing steam up their tails! Honestly, have you bought something recently and realized that the salesman you were working with just full of bull.... It might work that one time but when you are highly recruited athlete like the kids that are playing for us you and your parents probably know when someone is blowing steam.
Not saying this IS the difference but I feel like it plays a big part into it. I feel like the parents / players trust Pruitt and the staff and know that they are going to be in good hands.
