Yes! I don't object to playing mid-conference powerhouses. Just saying that we don't want to play the same one every year.

Rotate them around.

Stick with the current plan for Memphis; play them twice a decade or some such.

Did you know that 2 years ago, Memphis nearly had their contract negated by the FedEx Forum because of attendance? Your "facts" are absurd. But, you are good for some laughs.

I could really care less if we EVER play Memphis again. I really hope we don't. It doesn't benefit us at all to play them. Plus I can't stand Penny hardaway.

Hoping Memphis and LSU will get their due before it's all over.

If Barnes had done what Penny did we would be sitting out basketball for a few years and Barnes would be serving show cause

Yeah, Tubby almost ran the program into the river. That is why he was sent packing after only 2 years. Oh, and Tubby is the reason why Memphis is on the Tennessee schedule at all.

You see, Tennessee will not schedule Memphis is football or basketball if there is a probability that Memphis will have a decent team and a good chance to win the games. You think Barns would have agreed to the games if he know Penny was coming in with a strong recruiting class? I think not.

Your analysis is ridiculous and totally wrong. It's funny how you people allow hate to allow you to emotionally discharge such a false narrative. Without going into all the reasons that play into scheduling, here are the absolutes: (1) Finances play a huge role in scheduling and (2) In the world of college athletics, there are several other big factors that determine scheduling.

By the way, in all your wisdom, you misspelled Barnes name. Secondly, if you were smart enough to look at his total scheduling history, you would see that Barnes never was afraid of scheduling the best. Go back and do some research, and come back on here and tell me what you find. Then, do some more research and tell me what you find in the way of Memphis' schedule. If you have any balls at all, you will be a man and tell us how wrong you were.

That's the truth. Hardaway is a showboat....self-serving person in it for HIMSELF.....see his flashing shoes vs. Tennessee as one small example.
