I realize he has never been an option so my question is why? I feel that he would be just as big on the recruiting trail as Gruden and would be really good with college aged athletes. However his name never seems to come up for any college coaching jobs. Thoughts?

So long as we're throwing out ESPN guys why not Stephen A Smith? I know what you're going to say, he's never coached or played organize sports but the guy can flat out recruit.

Herm would be a good motivator and recruiter, but the thing he proved in NY and KC is that he is a horrible game manager and very conservative coach. Herm is a good man.

He was 54-74 including being 6-28 in his last two seasons. What is it about Herm Edwards that excites you?
