He is a windbag along with his buddy Travis. They will be very lucky to make it to a bowl this year and all of his hypothetical momentum will evaporate. They are still the same ole Vandy. SEC is heading back to where it should be.

yep...and how about the USC lovers? their defense let up 455 yards to SYRACUSE but some here think they are championship material

Franklin had caused Vandy to shoot up my hated list. I used to think of them as a cousin who is 10 yrs younger but only plays video games and is bad at sports.

Yeah I'll admit I may have been wrong about this one. Still might be good coach if he does well this season. And no, I'm not a "negavol", I just have an opinion and I'm not scared to share it, even if it's not popular with with everyone else.

I don't recall seeing anyone stating they wanted Franklin at UT. I could be wrong but I don't remember seeing it.

Eh, that's on Monte. He has struggled with college defense ever since he left the pros.

no kiddin, thats why i told you guys all the summer that USC has no chance to win a title because they have no defense

now they have no center because he got hurt in the 4th quarter of a game that should have been a blowout if the offense (thats on Monte's son) could have put away a Syracuse team that just allowed 41 pts to Northwestern last week. instead they were locked in a 21-16 game after 3 and now have no center..and still no defense

there were quite a few saying it. Not anyone I would consider especially bright but they do exist

I HATE Vandy but we should be aware that it is still early and the bones of the team are much better. I'm not saying it means they'll even win 6 games this year but I think we would be wise no to bury them until they're dead.

Ok, I just didn't remember seeing it. I remember seeing posters saying he was doing a good job at Vandy but I don't recall any wanting him at UT.

Do we really need another Frankin post. I would never know who the guy was if it wasn't for so called Vol fans posting something about him.

who cares if they're much better if that leads to a 4-8 season? How would you tell anyway since there is no moral victory column?
