The grey jerseys from last year looked awesome. The only arguments against them are the traditionalist that think it should only be white and orange, and the people saying we've lost twice in them. To the people saying we've lost twice in them i counter argue we've lost plenty in recent year in any uniform variation out there, including the all the traditional variations.
I'll agree i dont think we should go overboard like Oregon, and most universities across the country would never do it. Little changes here and there deff wont hurt, if anything it helps in my opinion. Majority of teams are shaking their jersey combo up, even if its using flat/matte colors on the helmet. The flat/ matte orange would look amazing in my honest opinion, and if i remember correct in one of the helmet design threads someone posted it(I'll look for it).
