Keep your head up Grizz. I recently got dumped, because I was "too easy going, and too nice". The girl I was seeing had a lot of red flags, but being an adult and grown man I figured I could handel it and be flexible. She works at a hospital and worked weird hours. So we talked for about a week until she had an off day, so we set up a date that she was an hour late for. She explained to me she was recently diagnosed with Lupus, and
explained to me some of her symptoms. I
was fine with it. So I made it clear to her that
from that point on we would just play things
by ear for our next dates that we would go
on. She was still late for them all, even the
ones I went to her house to pick her up for.
Also things at her job were not going to
well, because of her tardiness. But of course
"it was someone else's fault". On our last
date she showed up in her skimpy Jack
Daniels outfit they gave her for when she
does promotions for them. She was late for
this date as well, b****** the entire time
about her outfit, i told her to go home and
change if it was so bad. She didn't like
hearing that, and again no apology for being
late. She also went on to explain to me
about her credit card debt, and all sorts o other stuff. She was also a psychology major, and proceeded to dissect my flaws. I let her continue, because it was pretty entertaining to hear how stupid and wrong she was. When we first meet she explained to me how she was at the age and point in her life where she wanted to settle down and find good man. The night we broke up she said she wasn't looking to date anyone. She said we should just be friends. I asked if
she was done yet and if I could have the
floor. I said it was fine with me, because it
sounded as if that is what she needed the most of in her life right now. Yes at my age it is getting harder to find someone, but I know there is someone out there.
