Too much controversey right now. If this turns out to be a bunch of crap, which it seems like more and more, then Tech did one Hell of a job with crushing someone's character. If that turns out to be the case, then Leach should have even more reason to sue Texas Tech.

I saw the ESPN interview with James and Leach, I dont believe he deserved to be fired, and was treated badly by Texas Tech. Obviously he wouldnt be UT's first choice. But when your getting down to #9, and #10 on your list why not talk to the guy?

He's in a bad spot with the damage to his reputation, and UT was in a bad spot trying to replace a coach before signing day. Look at the Win/Loss numbers:
