You do realize at this point last year we had Alan Posey, Tom Smith, and Christian Harris as our commits, right?

How long will it take some Vol fans to realize CDD's style is a more slowly developing one at recruiting?

exactly. to say this staff can't close after the guys we got the last three months of the recruiting season last year is absurd.

Unfortunately, it's safe to assume that people don't actually follow recruiting. They just look at a commit list and draw conclusions.

What about the pre madonnas that wait until after signing day? The days those guys commit on count?

Personally, if there is a pre madonna qb but he has great pocket presents, I would sign him later than signing day. Especially a smart guy that was a validvictorian.

this is the original poster, I just understand the trend of players committing early, and us being behind other schools like vandy, ole miss, Arkansas, and UK. That worries me.

I heard from a reliable poster on TOS that it is your fault. They said if you were to disappear recruiting would pick up.
