Damn, do we really have another one of these threads? Why the hell can't people realize neither candidate is the choice we want. Trump shoots off his mouth without thinking out his words, which are often misconstrued, because he's an idiot. Hillary put our countries safety at risk with her private email server and leaving Americans to die in Benghazi(then lying about it). She's an idiot, too. Trump won't release his tax returns, Hillary won't release transcripts of her speeches. Hillary's political career has been mired by scandal after scandal. Trump's business practices have been called into question. Guess what? They both suck. So whether you're for Trump or Hillary, stop burying your damn head in the sand like your candidate is spotless.

This statement is completely unfounded. Trump may not have the political experience of Hillary(which I personally don't see a problem with), but he would have generals, admirals, and other high ranking officials to advise him on the best courses of action.

There's a reason most veterans don't like Hillary.

As far as PolitiFact goes they claim:

If the media are incapable of unbiased reporting, then why would anyone believe they are competent to sniff out the truth that might counter their stories in the first place?

Honestly it is a wonder more people haven't cooked off and gone on shooting sprees.

Your entire life you are taught to settle things like civil people, like adults do. Fighting and violence isn't the answer. Let the system sort things out.

But how can you look at the events that have transpired and not get really pissed at the entire thing? We know she lied, SHE knows she lied. And she knows she's lied about other things we haven't found out yet. And what's the system done? Nothing. The FBI says she lied, but nothing should be done about it. The DOJ says oh well, they won't lift a finger. The President certainly won't weigh in. Congressional hearings will go nowhere. The system we're supposed to trust to mete out justice and put lawbreakers in their place is completely impotent. The whole thing is kabuki theater, going through the motions with zero consequences. And we're just supposed to sit here and take it like good little plebes?

Like I said, it's a minor miracle more people haven't snapped and taken matters into their own hands.

Frequently we decide that the devil we know is the more acceptable choice. But when you consider Hiliarly's track record, this isn't one of those times.

Yep. Remember this little quote by Thomas Jefferson? "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." We shouldn't advocate violence; but how exactly do you get the attention of our elected "representatives" when they are too busy to listen to common people?

We've become too politically correct, and "plumb, mad-dog mean" just isn't PC. Translated: vehemently disagreeing with authority is considered a threat. So those in power may lie, cheat, and steal at will and to your detriment, but you pose a threat for questioning that behavior.

Leverage, and fear, are what move the dial. J. Edgar Hoover was the king of dirt and leverage, and when you have someone by the proverbial nuts, 99% of the time they falter and cower, and subdue themselves to the reality that they are stuck with little to do than to go along with the program or be outed.

I despise libs/progressives and most Dems'. I pity and shake my head at the R's for not figuring out how to play the game. It isn't very difficult, but, you need to be playing to win and knowing the "enemy" and their ways and means of operating is rule #1. The R's have been utterly pathetic at hiking up their big boy pants and putting on their s*** kickers and getting down and dirty.

I completely have a problem with that. Can I be a doctor if I didn't go to medical school? A lawyer without a law degree. And how would those high ranking officials advise him when he won't even listen to his campaign staff?

Lets talk more about listening and taking advice. Who was Hillary and Obama listening to when they backed the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt? How about the overthrow of Muammar Gaddafi in Libya or the rebels in Tunisia?

Man those were great decisions.

I agree. We need to stop intervening in these situations. We have not liberated a country since WWII that turned out better for our intervention. Afghanistan is worse. Iraq is worse. When the people rise up and do it themselves is the only time it ever works. Democracy can't be forced, it must be earned.

All of that is beside the point and a deflection. We are discussing Hillary's decision making skills and who is advising her. So far she has demonstrated she either makes poor decisions or has poor advisors.

Not a deflection. It appears to be a US policy to get involved and muck sh!t up whenever possible. I dislike it and think all politicians have been making crappy decisions, but Trump does not want to even learn about the situation prior to making the crappy decision.

After writing this it's occurred to me that it really doesn't matter if the president has any knowledge or not because the sh!t decision is predetermined.
