Wanted your opinion, my inlaws are all bammers but alot of my coworkers are gators. Ill be watching the game via tv down here on the GA coast wishing I were in TN..
WHOS WORSE?? I wanna here your answers!!!

From my own experience, Bama fans are good sports (usually) and it is a pretty friendly rivalry, but UF fans, for the most part, are very rude and obnoxious. We lived in Florida for a few years, and I know of some UT fans that said they would never go back to a game in Gainesviille after the way they were treated when going to a game there. I never had a desire to go to a game in Gainesville either when we lived in Tampa.

"WHOS" is definitely not a word, I know that much. I mean, that isn't even a mistaken "whose" for "who's" (singular possessive). Indeed, I am fairly certain there is no proper conjugation like "who's" to represent "who is."

Having said that, I would say us Gator fans are far more obnoxious than Alabama fans. But that is primarily a function of the fact that we beat you two years ago by a point on our way to an NT and then like a rented mule last year, 59-20.

Trust me. You can make all the "gator" and jorts jokes you want. We will just point to the scoreboard.

The only reason you're pointing to the scoreboard is....you're wanting someone to read the score to you because you can't, and UT Fans are a very educated bunch.

concur.

there is a freudian basis for this, in fact. bammers, like vols, have known football success over many decades. the Gators didn't even have football until, what, 1990 or so?

they can never catch up, so they have perpetual p***s envy. thus the hostility.

one could also try to analyze the Gators' oedipal relationships with their mothers, only Gators prefer relationships with their sisters.
