1. Deron Williams
2. Steve Nash
3. Rajon Rondo
4. Jameer Nelson
5. Derrick Rose

Before Chris Paul got injured I thought he was by far the best PG in the league, hopefully once he gets completely healthy & plays a full season again he will be like he was. It was hard for me to keep Jason Kidd of my list. What are your guys opinions?

I would put Tony Parker top 5. Honestly, right now I would say Deron Williams after his solid first round

Paul then Williams. Rose could make the jump to the top of the list if he keeps improving.

Kidd can't guard anyone and hasn't been able to since he was in Jersey. Parker can drive and thats about it. It's amazing that Rondo is doing as well as he is without the ability to shoot anything more than 2 ft away.

My list would have to be
1. Deron Williams
2. Chris Paul (He would be playing playing if the hornets were in the hunt)
3. Steve Nash
4. Derrick Rose
5. Brandon Jennings/Tyreke Evans

I think Evans is better but we haven't seen him in the playoffs and until that happens you can't trully measure someone's worth.

Steve Nash, not even close...none of these guys can really play D, looking strictly at how prolific they are on offense, Nash is better than anyone else mentioned...by far the best shooter ( IMO, best shooter in the game ) and still gets his teammates involved with his passing ability.

Please. Rondo is an exceptional defender and rebounder. Nash is such a poor defender that he isn't worth playing on that end. Williams and Paul are respectable defenders.

Never said he wasn't a good rebounder, he isn't as good on D as you claim he is...they play great team D. Nash is better offensively by a long shot.

Rondo was a ++ defender from the day I heard about him in HS recruiting. He is a defender and rebounder. If he weren't, he'd be playing in Europe today.

I would take Nash's offense over Rondo's defense.

Nash could average well over 20 points a game if he wanted to.

Nash can score all he'd like and his teams will keep losing because he's the worst defensive PG in the NBA for decades.

He has played on some unbelievably talented teams that keep losing. Wonder why?

It's all because of him obviously...I suppose the Celtics won the title because of Rondo's defense.

Nash would have some rings if he was so good.

You win on defense, not offense. Look at GS

Williams and Paul don't have rings but yet everyone wants claim they are the best PG's in the NBA.

It's a team game there fella, one player can't do it all, plenty of greats don't have rings.
